We are currently seeking volunteers as event ambassadors and administrative assistants.
If you submitted an application you will be contacted should your application fit our needs during the season. All applications will be kept on file for consideration for one year. If you have not been chosen to participate in the Volunteer Program during this year, you are welcome to check back next year and re-apply at that time.
All first-time event ambassadors must attend an event ambassador orientation class which lasts about an hour and a half and is held in Buckhead.

Event Ambassador Program
As an event ambassador you are our cheerleader at some the best events around Atlanta. You are an extension of our Marketing Department representing BestofAtlantaConcerts.com at our table during concerts, theatre & dance performances, festivals, pledge drives and other special events.
Administrative Assistant Program
BestofAtlantaConcerts.com is looking for dedicated, committed individuals to volunteer to help with the administrative process of running a entertainment website. Our volunteer administrative assistants will be asked to commit one or two days a week (as available) to help update website, maintain databases, social media posts, etc. Volunteers will be matched with the department that can best use their skills. Volunteers must complete a volunteer profile and have a brief interview with the interested department head.
What are the Requirements?
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Neat appearance – Business Casual attire
-Good communication skills
-No physical limitations
-It is required that each participant completes the Volunteer Orientation Class prior to volunteering. This is a privilege, so you are expected to understand table set-up arrangements, wear the appropriate attire, be able to answer patrons questions about BestofAtlantaConcerts.com & contests, stand and do steps, be able to direct people to sign up for our e-newsletter.
It is also important that you show up by your call time which is generally one hour and Thirty minutes before the show actually starts. (Note: Volunteers coming in later than the assigned call time could be sent home at the discretion of the management.) Each volunteer should be capable of standing until each show begins and for sold out shows will be required to stand until released from duty.
Event Ambassadors are not allowed to use cell phones while on duty.
