Boz McDonaldBoz Scaggs is a pioneer in fusing rock and roll with R&B, with hits that include “It’s Over,” “Lido Shuffle,”and “Lowdown,” which won a Grammy for Best R&B Song in 1976. His later hits include “Breakdown Dead Ahead,” “Jojo,” and “Miss Sun.” His most recent album, A Fool to Care, rose to #1 on the Billboard Blues Album chart upon release in 2015 and includes renditions of Al Green’s “Full of Fire” and The Band’s “Whispering Pines” as well as “Hell to Pay,” a new track from Scaggs featuring Bonnie Raitt.

In the mid-1970s, Michael McDonald joined The Doobie Brothers and helped the band redefine their funky R&B sound with Top 40 singles like “Takin’ It To The Streets,” “It Keeps You Runnin’,” “Minute By Minute,” and “What A Fool Believes.” A successful solo career followed, resulting in hits such as “I Keep Forgettin’” and “Sweet Freedom.” McDonald is a five-time Grammy Award winner. His most recent album is Michael McDonald: The Ultimate Collection.
