Sandi Blair, a native of Brooklyn, New York, has been a professional singer for over thirty years. In addition to performing, Sandi has taught vocal technique at Mannes College of Music in New York City, CAT Music College in Osaka, Japan and the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music in New York. She is currently the CEO of SingerSauce.com, an internet service provider for singers worldwide.
Sandi holds a degree in Commercial Music and Recording (Music Business) from Georgia State University and a Master of Arts degree in Music Performance (concentrated in jazz) from New York University. In 1994 Sandi and her band, Real Magic, won the $10,000 grand prize in the Cognac-Hennessey “Best of New York Jazz” competition and, in that same year she recorded her debut CD entitled “No More Blues”. Sandi’s subsequent CDs: “You Make Me Smile” and “Japan – My Way” display a versatility possessed only by a “seasoned” vocal musician.
